Two-Ingredient Holiday Fudge

0

Can you really make fudge with only 2 ingredients? Yep! Most likely you already have these ingredients hanging out in your pantry. I know I always have these two items on hand. Of course, you can jazz it up with some other items, candy bits, sprinkles, etc – but essentially even with two ingredients, it is absolutely great! Are you ready?

Icing, Chocolate Chips

Yes! Icing and Chocolate Chips.  I couldn’t believe it. I feel now with icing and chocolate chips I can save the day when there is a gift I forgot to go out and get. Prep time is less than 10 mins and 1 hour in the freezer. That’s it!

Here’s what you do.

Get a square pan (or rectangle if you would like it thinner) and line with parchment paper (it will help separate the fudge more easily from the pan – when I want the corners to look really pretty I use the parchment sheets).

Melt the chocolate chips 30 seconds at a time and stir to distribute the heat evenly (so it doesn’t burn). It usually takes a few times. So heat and stir.  Once you have all of the chips melted fold in your icing. Mix together and your fudge is ready to put in the pan.

In your pan (lined with parchment paper) slowly spread your fudge. Cover with wax paper and pop into the fridge.  In a few hours, you are all set!

Wrap individually, or in a cute box and you have a quick and easy gift to share!
